Countless fashion brands entered the activewear scene in the last few months, and Solid & Striped is the next one in line. The beloved swimwear brand recently expanded into activewear with its first stand-alone, resort-inspired line of workout clothes.
According to Solid & Striped’s CEO Sarah Landman, this collection has been in development for two years. This has been a natural extension for their brand since they previously collaborated on an activewear line with Bandier, and learned a lot from this partnership.
“As the world has evolved, active is such an important part of everyone’s lifestyle, whether they’re wearing it as a functional item to actually work out in, or just to run around in, it’s a critical part of the wardrobe now,” Landman told WWD.
Just like their swimwear, Solid & Striped Sport is resort-inspired and the first drop features a total of twelve pieces. They come in the shades of blue, pale rose, and hot pink, with pops of white and black. You can buy leggings, bike shorts, and sports bras, ranging in size from XS to XL and they’re all already available for purchase on Solid & Striped’s official website.
