Solutions to the Most Common Running Aches and Pains

There’s no doubt that running takes a huge toll on our bodies. While tight hamstrings and stiff calves are to be expected after a run, other aches like knots in your lower back or sore shoulders aren’t predictable. These are the most common complaints runners have as well as ways to fix them.

Knot in Your Neck

Tight Ribcage
