It’s not easy to exercise consistently and part of the reason for this is because most people simply aren’t enjoying themselves. True, there are countless others who find pure workouts to be an exhilarating experience, but unfortunately, this isn’t the case for everyone. In order to maintain a consistent routine, one has to love what they’re doing—which is why we believe that sports might be the answer for some people.

Consistency Over Intensity

It doesn’t really matter how cardio-intensive the sport you choose is. If you do it consistently, it’ll be more effective than participating in a more intense workout once every two months. You’re not doing yourself any favors by making yourself miserable because ultimately it’s not sustainable for you.

Enjoyment Breeds Commitment

The more you enjoy something, the more likely you are to continue doing it for years to come. And isn’t that what you want for yourself? To do something not just for a month, but for years upon years. This is the main core reason for taking up a fun sport that you love. You’ll feel good, and have fun doing it! How’s that for quality of life?
