Olivia Rodrigo’s debut album Sour inspired many amazing workout videos and it was just a matter of time before Guts followed suit. Maddie Lymburner of MadFit got the ball rolling with her 10-minute dance workout inspired by the biggest hits from Rodrigo’s sophomore studio album.

Guts hit the shelves on September 8, and the standard edition gave us 12 brand-new tracks, including the previously released singles “Vampire” and “Bad Idea Right?” Rodrigo heavily leaned into her pop-rock-inspired influences, giving us several catchy songs that would fit right in on our workout playlist.

Lymburner scaled things down when filming her dance cardio workout, and opted for three songs that fit into the ten-minute frame – “Vampire”, “Bad Idea Right?”, and “Get Him Back!” All three songs have a pretty fast beat, and they’ll get your heart racing during your next workout.

Lymburner decided to film this workout after receiving countless requests from Rodrigo’s fans and promised it would have you sweating and smiling at the same time. This workout may be just 10 minutes long, but you’ll be out of breath by the time it’s done because Lymburner made sure to include a wide range of full-body exercises that will have you burning some major calories along the way.

Olivia Rodrigo’s debut album Sour inspired many amazing workout videos and it was just a matter of time before Guts followed suit. Maddie Lymburner of MadFit got the ball rolling with her 10-minute dance workout inspired by the biggest hits from Rodrigo’s sophomore studio album.

Guts hit the shelves on September 8, and the standard edition gave us 12 brand-new tracks, including the previously released singles “Vampire” and “Bad Idea Right?” Rodrigo heavily leaned into her pop-rock-inspired influences, giving us several catchy songs that would fit right in on our workout playlist.

Lymburner scaled things down when filming her dance cardio workout, and opted for three songs that fit into the ten-minute frame – “Vampire”, “Bad Idea Right?”, and “Get Him Back!” All three songs have a pretty fast beat, and they’ll get your heart racing during your next workout.

Lymburner decided to film this workout after receiving countless requests from Rodrigo’s fans and promised it would have you sweating and smiling at the same time. This workout may be just 10 minutes long, but you’ll be out of breath by the time it’s done because Lymburner made sure to include a wide range of full-body exercises that will have you burning some major calories along the way.

2022 has definitely been the year of Taylor Swift and we’ve seen many workout videos inspired by her new songs. Maddie Lymburner of MadFit decided to take a stroll down memory lane in one of her latest workouts, choreographed to the beat of Swift’s biggest dance hits.

Most Taylor Swift workout videos to emerge recently were inspired by her latest record-breaking album Midnights, but not this one. MadFit previously shared her own Midnights video, but she decided to dig a little bit deeper and hand-picked some of Swift’s catchiest dance bops to help you burn some major calories.

“You Belong With Me”, “Shake It Off”, “Delicate”, and “Bejeweled” were among the songs that made the cut. Lymburner admitted it was hard to pick just a couple of songs, but she couldn’t resist making this workout for the Swifties because her subscribers have been beginning for it for quite some time.

This workout video continues the ongoing trend of Taylor Swift workouts that have been going stronger than ever this year. K-pop music became a global sensation in the past few years, with several artists from South Korea topping the charts around the globe. Our favorite fitness gurus love this genre as much as the rest of us, and MadFit decided to celebrate it in one of her latest workout videos.

Maddie Lymburner, aka MadFit, is one of the most popular fitness YouTubers, with 7.5 million followers and counting, best known for her addictive dance cardio workouts.
