“We begin with slow, intentional, extra deep breaths to wake up your body & mind. This boosts oxygen flow, and activates the parasympathetic nervous system… This helps to lower stress hormones (like cortisol) and set a calm tone for the day. Pamela Reif is one of the world’s most popular fitness influencers, and she just joined forces with one of the leading activewear brands. The German fitness guru joined forces with Puma for a new line of workout apparel, inspired by the volcanic energy.

Pamela Reif is one of the leading fitness YouTubers, with 10 million followers under her belt, and she helped promote short dance-inspired workouts that you can do from the comfort of your home. She’s also active on other social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram, where her follower count includes over 9 million people.

Reif is no stranger to partnering up with major activewear brands, and she designed her latest workout line for Puma. The photos for this campaign were taken against the stunning and rugged landscapes of the Canary Islands, and they’re meant to capture the natural energy and beauty of the volcano.

Latin music isn’t as popular as some other genres with our favorite fitness influencers, so it’s always fun to see them give it their seal of approval. Pamela Reif recently gave us one of the best Latin workouts on her YouTube channel with the amazing “Ulala” warm-up routine.

This workout is choreographed to the beat of Myke Towers’ and Daddy Yankee’s catchy track “Ulala”. This song felt like a perfect pick for a short warm-up video, and Ref claims it’s so fun that she was singing along in imaginary Spanish while doing it.

She recommends using this routine in several different ways—as a three-minute “mood booster”, to fight laziness and get into a workout mood, to get your heart rate up in between other workouts, or as a cool-down routine at the end of your session.
