After the “12-3-30” workout took TikTok by storm, this social media platform just gave us another treadmill workout that everyone seems to be raving about. Taylor Swift’s Treadmill Strut is all the rage on TikTok right now, but why are people going crazy about it and what is it all about?

We can count on all Taylor Swift-related things to go viral, but the Grammy-winning singer played no active role in starting this craze. TikTok user Allie Bennett is the one responsible for creating this high-energy treadmill routine, set to the beat of Swift’s biggest hits.

Bennett was very strategic when picking the songs included in this workout, and opted for 10 absolute bangers, including “The Man”, “Look What You Made Me Do”, and “Shake It Off”. The full workout playlist runs just under 37 minutes and it ends with a cooldown set to the beat of “Style”.

Bennet made quite a splash on TikTok by sharing treadmill workouts timed to songs by popular music artists including Swift. She believes her workouts are popular because they’re easy to follow and don’t put too much pressure on people to achieve a certain goal.

Lizzo is a superstar whose TikToks get a lot of attention and this time she shared her own version of a dish that went famous on this social network recently, baked feta pasta. The singer’s version is actually vegan and high in protein and you can easily recreate it at home.

Lizzo has been following a vegan diet for a while now, in addition to some other lifestyle changes. She often shares bits of her lifestyle with 400 million TikTok followers and many of them include her eating or exercising. “I FINALLY made *the* pasta,” she wrote back in February along with the video that shows all the ingredients she used. Besides cherry tomatoes, we see that she used alternative goat cheese, some garlic, grape seed oil, and basil. She added honey and chili flakes before baking the dish and finished everything with gluten-free chickpea penne pasta high in protein.

TikTok has given us more dance challenges than we can count, and every time we think we’re done with them, another one appears. Viral videos make them seem effortless, but a lot of time and effort goes into mastering TikTok dances. Does this mean they count as an effective workout?

Lizzo is a superstar whose TikToks get a lot of attention and this time she shared her own version of a dish that went famous on this social network recently, baked feta pasta. The singer’s version is actually vegan and high in protein and you can easily recreate it at home.

Lizzo has been following a vegan diet for a while now, in addition to some other lifestyle changes. She often shares bits of her lifestyle with 400 million TikTok followers and many of them include her eating or exercising. “I FINALLY made *the* pasta,” she wrote back in February along with the video that shows all the ingredients she used. Besides cherry tomatoes, we see that she used alternative goat cheese, some garlic, grape seed oil, and basil. She added honey and chili flakes before baking the dish and finished everything with gluten-free chickpea penne pasta high in protein.

Anyone who prefers plant-based meals has to try her recipe, but feel free to make your own modifications and make it your own. The fact that this famous comfort dish can be made to be super healthy is amazing and shows that it doesn’t take much to do something good for yourself.
