They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day so why not prepare something you’ll look forward waking up to? These banana overnight oats taste just like banana bread, but they’re a much healthier option you can feel good about eating. Prepare them the night before so all you need to do is get up and grab your breakfast!
Ingredients:
1 medium banana 1/3 cup oats 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon pecans maple syrup or honey (optional)
Instructions:
Mash half of the banana in a jar, container, or bowl. Add the oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, and stir them together. Refrigerate the oats overnight. The next morning, top it with pecans and the remaining half of the banana. Enjoy!

Overnight oats anyone?☀️These are my banana overnight oats, they're so good and easy to make. The best thing about creating that recipe ebook is that I get to eat breakfast multiple times a day☺️?⠀ ⠀ One thing I've learned so far: You don't have to know everything from the beginning. Often times, when we have a goal, we tend to see only the end end product, and that can be very overwhelming. And because it's so overwhelming, we don't even try.⠀ ⠀ But just take one step at a time, break your goal into pieces and celebrate the small wins. That way you move forward step by step and before you know it, you are very close to your goal. So the most important thing is that you get started!?⠀ ⠀ In other words, I did one recipe after another, and suddenly I have almost 2000 pictures of food??♀️I'm happy about how things are going so far✨⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ #bananaovernightoats #easybreakfastrecipes #healthyeating #healthybreakfast #plantbaseddiet #healthyrecipes ⠀
