This African Dance Workout Video Has Over 2.5 Million Views, and You Have to Try It!

Our latest obsession is this African dance workout that since it’s late April upload to YouTube has reached over 2.5 million views! And it’s not hard to see why—the 19-minute video has a brief warm-up and cool down along with 15-minutes of dancing.

Brought to you be Kukuwa Fitness, the no-impact calorie burner workout will have you smiling while you break a sweat. It’s led by Kukuwa Kyereboah-Nuamah, the CEO of Kukuwa Fitness, ACE-certified fitness professional, and professor of African dance and culture. The dance style are from Malawi, Mali, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Kenya, and Nigeria and it combines squats, punches, and kicks with upbeat music.
