If you want an extra dose of protein, add a scoop of protein powder to the shake.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- 2 medium bananas, chopped and frozen
- 1/4 cup unsalted almond butter
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon light honey, optional
Instructions:
