Caroline Girvan has been one of YouTube’s leading fitness bloggers even before this summer arrived, but she really took things to a whole new level in the past few months. She’s been sharing a new workout series every week, and here are our personal favorites.

Bodyweight Only Series

This series of workouts that use only our body weight as resistance will allow you to take your fitness routine to the next level. Kick it off with an epic leg workout, and join Girvan as she teaches you a series of exercises for your glutes, hamstrings, core, and full body.

Pyramid Series

Pyramid training is a weight training approach that allows you to start heavy and gradually decrease the weights or reps, or vice versa. Girvan recently decided to give it a try and included workouts that focus on legs, arms, and shoulders, glutes and hamstrings, and full body in this series.

Tempo Series

Girvan’s latest series truly allows you to pump the tempo of your workouts, and it has something in store for everyone. You can kick things off by training your shoulders, chest, and triceps before moving to the legs, back, and biceps.
