Protein Shake
Ingredients (to serve 1):
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1/2 a banana
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
Instructions:
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
- If you wish, you can add some ice to the processor to make the shake cold.
