World Class Trainer Gives Expert Workout Advice

David Goggins is one of the most popular bodybuilders in the world today—specifically because of his incredible journey from being overweight to a world-class athlete. He’s inspired so many people to follow their fitness dreams and perhaps he’ll inspire you too with the following tip. While appearing on popular talk show host and comedian Joe Rogan’s podcast, he had a piece of advice that was so brilliant, and yet so simple.

Less is More

Are You Enjoying It?

Is it better to do 15 push-ups five times a week or 30 push-ups once a week? Consistency is key, and the best way to do that is to keep quantities low until we’re ready and willing to up the ante.
