This is a classic restorative yoga pose that offers a variety of benefits and you can easily do it in bed. Staying in this pose for a couple of minutes will help your relax and remove all tension from the body.

Corpse Pose (Savasana)

Savasana is the perfect pose for the end of your bedtime routine because it’s easy and relaxing. Just lie on your back on the bed with arms by your sides or on your stomach, close your eyes and relax until you fall asleep.
