Hamstring Curls

With a weight between your heels, lift your legs up and back down for a glute workout.

Bridge

Lift your buns toward the ceiling while keeping them engaged.

Leg Raises

Similar to the hamstring curls, just the other way around. With a block or weight between your feet, lift your legs toward your face using core energy.

Scissor Kicks

Work all of your abs by alternating which leg you lift from the ground.
