You Can do These Pilates Moves at Any Place

Pilates is a true joy and it’s a great exercise because you can do it at the gym or at the park, in a hotel room while you are on a vacation or in the comfort of your home. The best thing about it is that there is no need for workout gear and you can do it anywhere, especially after you learn these three moves.

Roll Up 

Lay down on your back with your arms in the air. Start going up like you are reaching for your feet. Work slowly, and in a short time, you’ll see how much stronger you are becoming every time you do this exercise.

Roll Over

Lay down on your back, with your arms on the sides, and palms glued to the ground. Lift your feet in the air so they are parallel with your hips. Slowly bring your legs up and over to properly perform this move.

Lay down on your back, and place your hands under your glutes. Extend both legs in the air, and put the left one up in the air and the right one down in reverse moves.
