Your New Go-To Hotel Room Workout

We don’t know about you, but when we travel, we still like to get a workout in every once in a while, especially if we’re traveling for longer than a week or two. But, with that being said, we also prefer to get workouts done quickly and easily so we can enjoy our vacation.

That’s why we put together this hotel room workout for you to do. It’s incredibly simple, but also super effective, getting your heart rate up and hitting all of the biggest muscle groups without requiring too much time or any equipment at all. In fact, it’s only 5 to 15 minutes long, depending on how many times you repeat the circuit.

How it Works

The workout consists of five exercises. You’ll do each one for 45 seconds, followed by a 15-second break. Repeat up to 3 times for maximum effectiveness. We highly recommend starting with a warm-up and ending with a cool-down.

The Exercises

  • Jumping jacks
  • Burpees with push-ups
  • Alternating reverse lunges
  • Squat jumps
  • Tricep dips (can be done on a chair, table, bed, or bench)
