This chicken green bean dish is great for fat loss and muscle building. It is so delicious that you can even make it when you have company over!
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp peanut oil
- 4 or 5 tsp garlic minced
- 1-3 tsp red pepper flakes
- 45 gr soy sauce, low sodium
- 5 tsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger, ground
- 3 tsp corn starch
- 6 tsp water
- 200 gr chicken breast, skinless, boneless
- 400 gr beans, green frozen
Preparation:
- Wash the beans and put them into the microwave. Let them cook for 5 minutes on high heat.
- Heat peanut oil, red pepper flakes, garlic, ginger, in a pan.
- In another bowl add soy sauce and mix it with honey, corn starch. Give it a good stir.
- When the ingredients in the pan are heated, add the chicken breast and stir it.
- Put a lid onto the pan and leave it to cook.
- When the chicken is cooked add the beans and give them mix a good stir.
- Add the soy sauce mixture and cook it for a couple of minutes.
