The 80/20 clean eating plan is all about moderation, and it allows you to consume foods that are not very healthy 20% of the time, as long as you’re committed to a healthy diet 80% of the time. It’s a pretty good philosophy, and many Hollywood superstars, swear by it—starting with these five.
