5 Uses for Powdered Peanut Butter

Do you love peanut butter? If you can’t get enough of it, powdered peanut butter is a great option as it has less fat and calories than traditional peanut butter. Just add water to turn powdered peanut butter into a spread that looks and tastes like regular PB. There are tons of uses for it in your kitchen and here are our five favorites.

PB&J

Make a classic PB&J with powdered peanut butter. Mix two tablespoons of the powder with a small amount of water and increase the water until you get your desired consistency. Then just add jelly and spread them onto bread.

Smoothie or Milkshake

Add the powder to your blender to get peanut butter flavor in your smoothie or milkshake. For extra protein, add chocolate or vanilla protein powder to the mix.

Popsicles

Give popsicles a peanut butter twist by mixing half a cup of powdered PB with two cups of frozen bananas, and one cup of yogurt. Blend everything together and divide it into popsicle molds and freeze.

Oatmeal

Take your oatmeal to the next level by adding powdered peanut butter and chocolate chips. It will taste like a dessert.

Powdered peanut butter is amazing in baked goods and you can add the powder to dry ingredients in recipes. It mixes easier than regular peanut butter.
