Eating healthy is a goal we should all strive for, but it doesn’t come easy. Many healthy dishes come with a long list of pricy ingredients and take forever to make, but Ashlea Carver is here to change that. She’s the founder of All the Healthy Things, who is using her platform to make healthy eating more accessible.
Carver started her blog in 2016, as a way of sharing simple and healthy recipes with her family and friends. Despite its humble beginnings, All the Healthy Things quickly found a way to a larger audience and grew into one of Instagram’s most popular healthy food pages, with 250,000 followers and counting.
Carver says she’s “on a mission to prove that eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated or mean restricting foods you love from your diet” because “food not only nourishes your body but also your soul.”
She’s also a firm believer that eating well doesn’t have to be complicated, and one pot and a few simple ingredients are usually all it takes to make a delicious and healthy meal. All the recipes on her blog follow this philosophy, and many of them happen to be vegan, low-carb, dairy-free, and gluten-free, in case you have any dietary restrictions.
