Boost Your Metabolism Before Bed with This 15-Minute Workout

Wouldn’t it be great if your body would burn more calories as you sleep? There’s a way you can boost your metabolism before you go to bed and all you need to do is a short workout that won’t take you longer than 10-15 minutes. 

This workout is not only super quick, but you also don’t need any equipment.

Pre-Bedtime Workout

  • 20 pushups
  • 20 seconds of elbow plank
  • 20 seconds of right side plank
  • 20 seconds of left side plank
  • 20 squats
  • 20 alternating lunges
  • 20 jump squats or 20-second wall sit

Repeat everything twice and finish with this 6-minute yoga sequence shown in the video below.
