One of the main benefits of gym memberships is having access to equipment you would not otherwise. The weights and machines available in most gyms are designed to help you target specific muscles with accuracy and precision. We love going to the gym, but memberships are expensive and sometimes we just don’t have the time to make the trip.
When we’re looking to target our glute muscles with a quick and effective workout at home, we love using resistance bands. There are tons of videos available on YouTube that show how to use them in order to get the best results. Here are some of our favorites:

MadFit is one of our favorite fitness instructors when we’re looking for quick and effective workout videos, and this resistance band workout is a great example of why. It’s surprisingly effective for such a short workout and includes a variety of movements, so it’s perfect for those who get bored easily when working out.
15-Minute Knee-Friendly Booty Band Workout
Another short-and-sweet workout we love to do when we’re short on time, this video by pilates instructor Move with Nicole is designed to fire up your glutes while going easy on your knees. It’s fun, effective, and will have you feeling the burn with or without a resistance band.
20-Minute Intense Glute Workout
When we’re looking for something really, well, intense, this glute workout video by Caroline Girvan is one of our go-tos. It also includes moves to target the hip abductors and hamstrings, muscles often overlooked when it comes to booty-building.
