Here’s a recent workout video published by Johanna Sophia that only lasts 20 minutes but allows you to get in shape with minimal effort.

Sophia has been on a weight loss journey and has lost more than 50 lbs by moving for 20-30 minutes per day, five times a week, as she writes. She promises that daily workouts and mindless eating can help anyone achieve their ideal weight and health.
