Adele is taking the world by storm with her comeback single “Easy On Me”, and if you still haven’t added it to your workout playlist, now’s the time. If you think that this emotional ballade isn’t the right pick for grueling workouts, Maddie Lymburner is here to prove you wrong.

The mastermind behind the viral YouTube channel MadFit is the queen of turning chart-topping songs into amazing workouts. She doesn’t shy away from working out to slow songs, and it’s not a coincidence she picked “Easy On Me” for her latest dance cardio video.

“Adele brings me back to my dancer days! We constantly danced in the studio to Adele, so as soon as I heard this song I knew I had to create something to it. I’m so excited to hear the rest of the album!”, explained Lymburner on YouTube.

Despite the song’s slow tempo, the fitness influencer managed to create a workout that lets you target several muscle groups and burn some major calories along the way. Most of the exercises are dance-inspired, but this video also features different variations of squats, standing toe touches, and other traditional moves with a dancer twist.
