Caroline Girvan’s “Epic Endgame” Program is Just the Thing You Need This Year

Committing to your fitness-related New Year’s resolutions is pretty hard, but you can make it easier by starting an effective workout program. If you’re not sure where to start, head to Caroline Girvan’s YouTube channel since her newly-launched “Epic Endgame” program truly lives up to its name.

Endgame is just the extension of several similar programs that she shared in the past, starting with the original EPIC program. Girvan promises this is the final chapter of that journey and it’s expected to feature a total of 50 workouts that she’s going to share over the course of the next 10 weeks.

On her official website, Girvan describes “Epic Endgame” as “a resistance program using either dumbbells or body weight that will help increase strength, endurance, coordination, core stability, ability to control your body, body awareness, and reduced risk of injury long-term.”

As always, the latest chapter in Girvan’s EPIC program consists of exercises that involve endurance, strength, and high-intensity workouts that target all major muscle groups. They usually range between 30 and 45 minutes in length, and Girvan recommends performing a five-minute warm-up routine before each one.

She already uploaded several videos from her latest workout series, targeting legs and upper body. There’s much more where it came from, and we can’t wait to see all the workouts she has in store for the “Epic Endgame” challenge.
