Anderson recently discussed her tips for staying consistent with your workout resolutions with Page Six and stressed the importance of not comparing yourself to celebrities and fitness influencers.

“You can look at them as amazing women that show up for their own health, which means that you want to show up for your health… The more that you connect to yourself, the more your own beauty is going to shine,” explained the fitness guru.

Anderson also pointed out that it’s not necessary to have a lot of space at your disposal to work out. You can do it pretty much anywhere, as long as there’s enough space on the ground to do a snow angel. She also believes that it’s important to start your fitness routine from “a place of curiosity, like a kid that is excited to learn a new sport.”
