Check Out This 30-Minute Workout With Venus Williams and Ashley Graham

When you’re not feeling like working out, who better to motivate you than one of the best tennis players of all time, Venus Williams? A few days ago, Williams shared an Instagram Live video that you can still watch in which she works out with a special guest, plus-size model Ashley Graham. You can watch the video below.

Join the two amazing women as they focus on working the upper body, glutes, and thighs. The whole workout takes less than 30 minutes, but you’ll be surprised by how effective it is. There are so many things that you will love about it, including the fact that you don’t need any special equipment. All the exercises are done in a standing position. Let Williams guide you together with Graham as you work through arm raises and a series of exercises that work your back, shoulders, and arms. Moves like standing kickbacks and forward kicks will activate your lower body.

“Today I had no idea really what I was going to do. I was in the gym this morning, and… I started playing around a little bit and these are the exercises that came out of it,” Williams tells Graham in the video. She noted that one of the main reasons she exercises is to avoid injuries while playing tennis.
