Chris Hemsworth is Sharing His “Thor” Workout Program Via Centr

Chris Hemsworth has one of the most impressive fitness routines in Hollywood, and we’re constantly amazed by his commitment to his physically demanding projects. That’s especially the case with the role of Thor, and the Australian actor is ready to share the workout plan that helped him transform into the God of Thunder.

Back in 2019, Hemsworth and the members of his team started the fitness app called Centr. By signing up, you can get a workout and meal plan designed by world-class experts who helped the Marvel star get into the best shape of his life. But they’re taking things one step further with their next workout program.

After getting countless questions about his prep and training for the MCU movies over the years, Hemsworth decided to share it with the world and introduce the Centr Power program.

“This time round I was fortunate enough to have a solid period at home to try a multitude of nutritional and training methods, to build the strongest version of myself and the character yet. From that I decided to design a fully guided program on how I achieved those results,” Hemsworth explained on Instagram.
