Eiza González Reveals 3 Fitness Routines That She Swears By

Actress Eiza González made a comeback to the big screens with her recent role in Godzilla vs. Kong. This is only one in the long line of physically demanding projects she starred in over the years, but how did she manage to stay in such an amazing shape for all of them?

In a recent cover story for Shape, González discussed many aspects of her life and career—including her fitness routine. The Baby Driver star revealed there are three routines she can’t live without and constantly switches between: weight lifting, cardio, and Pilates.

González revealed that her weight lifting routine consists of high weights and low reps and that she enjoys it because it helps her tone her glutes. The 31-year-old actress also told Shape that she swears and dies by Pilates because it allows her to work out muscles that she usually wouldn’t be able to tone any other way.

González is currently preparing for a role in Michael Bay’s action flick Ambulance, and she took the moment to discuss her workout routine for this project. She said it includes cardio mixed with movement and a lot of intervals, and we can’t wait to see the final result when this movie comes out in 2022.
