It’s been a few months since the latest edition of the Eurovision Song Contest, but EmkFit’s YouTube channel will make you relive it all over again. One of her recent dance HIIT workout videos will inspire you to burn some major calories with Eurovision hits playing in the background.

Emily Thorne has attracted over 340,000 subscribers to her YouTube channel since starting it last year, and carefree dance workouts are the key to her success. Her Eurovision workout follows the same formula, and it consists of the biggest hits from this year’s contest that took place back in May.

In addition to the winning song “Zitti E Buoni” by the Italian rock band Måneskin, the video also includes “Embers” by James Newman, “I Don’t Feel Hate” by Jendrik, and “Shum” by Go_A. Thorne recommends doing a warm-up to the beat of “10 Years” by Dadi Freyr.

This workout only includes songs from this year’s contest, but it got us hoping there’s more to come. Some of the classic Eurovision songs, such as Ruslana’s “Wild Dances”, Helena Paparizou’s “My Number One”, and Loreen’s “Euphoria”, would do wonders for our workout playlist and we wouldn’t mind seeing Thorne making workout videos to their beat.
