According to some researches there are more than 3,000 different species of mosquitoes in the world. But how can you have an evening run without being bitten all over your body? We’ve got you covered with a DIY home-made mosquito repellent recipe, which will save your workout and help you prevent itchy mosquito bites.

Ingredients

  • 16oz plastic bottle
  • 15 drops lavender oil
  • 10 drops lemon eucalyptus oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a plastic bottle mix lavender oil, lemon eucalyptus oil, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and fill it with water.
  2. Shake the bottle, so all the ingredients mix nicely.
  3. Spray the mosquito repellent onto your body before going outside for a run. The smells will keep the mosquitos away and you will enjoy your evening run or workout without worrying about being bitten.
