Gal Gadot’s Trainer Shares Her “Wonder Woman 1984” Workout Routine

After several major delays, Wonder Woman 1984 is finally out, and we’re once again in awe of Gal Gadot’s great physical shape. If you’re wondering how she does it, you’ll be happy to hear that her trainer Magnus Lygdback shared her routine with the world.

Lygdback helped several celebrities get in great shape, and his priority for Gadot was to make sure she was “as strong and as healthy as possible.” He discussed her routine with the Hollywood Reporter and said that the actress needed to build a strong foundation in order to stay “mobile and uninjured” instead of focusing on muscle mass.

Gadot’s weekly schedule mostly consisted of HIIT workouts that exercised her legs, core, and lower body, but she also did assault bike workouts in between. The treadmill was also included in some of her HIIT workouts, but it wasn’t the only form of exercise she embraced.

When it comes to Gadot’s diet, Lygdback revealed that it mostly consisted of slow complex carbs, veggies, good fats, and good proteins, such as lamb, organic grass-fed beef, fish, and chicken. She also utilized ice baths and muscle-recovery tools to relax between the workouts.
