Stars of action-packed TV shows usually have to go through pretty rigorous training to prepare for their roles, and Game of Thrones star Nathalie Emmanuel is no different. She recently shared her workout plan with Women’s Health, and it’s as versatile as they get.
The British actress most of us know as Missandei from the epic HBO show is actually a yoga teacher in her spare time, but this is only one of many physical activities she enjoys. Her schedule also involves swimming, boxing, running, and 45-minute interval training sessions.
“I think it’s important for me to take an hour a day or whatever I can to work out, I don’t always get to do it every day and I feel the effects when I don’t, but a varied fitness plan means I can do what I can and what I feel I want to,” said Emmanuel.
In addition to sticking to a pretty colorful workout plan, the Game of Thrones actress also leads a vegan lifestyle. She doesn’t really follow an extremely strict plan, but she’s trying to be conscious when it comes to her diet and only eat things that are good for her body.
