With a million subscribers under her belt, Girvan is one of YouTube’s leading fitness influencers. She’s best known for her “EPIC” workout series, but after ending her recent “EPIC Heat” challenge, she decided to give her followers a new, pretty challenging program.
Complex exercises included in her workouts will give you an amazing full-body workout, and you only need a set of dumbbells and a yoga mat to perform them at home. Each complex exercise is performed for three minutes, with 30 seconds rest in between, and Girvan’s workouts are usually between 40 and 50 minutes long.
Since starting this workout series, the fitness star shared workouts that target different body parts, including legs, arms, shoulders, chest, and back. They feature some of the most popular exercises that work several groups of large muscles at once, including different variations of squats, lunges, and presses that can help you build strength and muscular endurance.
