Working out in a small apartment is a big challenge for most people, and yet we don’t want this to stop us from regular exercise. So how are we supposed to fix this issue? Here are a few simple tips that can help your exercise successfully in a small apartment.

Do Cardio Outside

One of the biggest problems when it comes to exercising in small apartments is cardio. Chances are you’re not able to complete cardio workouts without bothering your neighbors, so it’s best to take these workouts outside. Instead of jumping in your apartment, you can always go swimming, walking, or running outside.

Use Your Furniture

People who exercise in small spaces probably don’t have room for exercise equipment, but that shouldn’t stop you from working out. You can use chairs or a couch instead of a bench or bottles as a replacement for weights because we don’t need too much equipment for a good workout.

Use a Suspension Trainer

If you are, however, looking to invest in exercise equipment, a suspension trainer is by far the best tool for small spaces. They are easy to install and pack when not needed and are incredibly useful for targeting every major muscle group.
