How to Freshen Up After a Workout

Taking a long shower is the best way to relax and feel better after an intense workout, but sometimes that simply isn’t an option. So what else is there to do? In case you’re short on time and you need to quickly freshen up at the gym before heading to work, here are a few tricks to do that.

Wipe Down

Bringing a clean and dry towel or deodorant wipes to the gym is a must if you don’t want to take a shower after a workout. Use the towel or wipes to clean your face and wipe off sweat after exercise and then you can change into clean clothes.

Clean Clothes

Staying in sweaty clothes after a workout can cause breakouts and irritation, which is why changing into clean clothes is a must. Clean and fresh clothes will help you feel fresh and comfortable once you step out of the gym.

Hydrate

Obviously, the best way to refresh and feel better after a workout is to drink water, so make sure to stay hydrated after an intense workout.
