The snooze button is the biggest enemy of morning workouts. We’ve all missed a workout or two after hitting it too many times, but there are several strategies you can use to break this bad habit.
Change your ringtone to the song you love, which makes you feel like you’re ready to conquer the world. This could motivate you to get up as soon as you hear the phone ringing, instead of snoozing your alarm over and over again. Change your ringtone after a week or so because this trick won’t work anymore if you get bored with the song in question.
You could opt for the opposite strategy and choose the most annoying ringtone you could possibly think of. Snoozing the alarm will be out of the question because you won’t want to hear this tone more than once and you’ll be out of bed in a matter of seconds.
