Inside Victoria Beckham’s Super Healthy Morning Routine

Victoria Beckham has always been one of our biggest fitness inspirations and she recently shared her super-healthy morning routine on Instagram. It includes a two-hour workout, apple cider vinegar, and chia seeds.

The former Spice Girl dished about her fitness routine in a series of Instagram stories and revealed that she kicks off her mornings with two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar. Many fellow celebrities including Jennifer Aniston and Miranda Kerr swear by it because it comes with a long list of health benefits.

She also enjoys drinking a cup of hot water and lemon every morning, because it’s good for digestion. It can also help improve skin and detoxify the body.

It’s unclear if her breakfast looks the same every day, but when it comes to this one, the famous designer enjoys a treat prepared by her daughter Harper. She made her a superfood breakfast consisting of chia seeds, almond milk, and raspberries.

Beckham treats herself to some coffee before hitting the home gym for two hours. She didn’t share her workout this time around, but we already know it consists of running on a treadmill and toning and conditioning movements, based on her previous statements.
