Jennifer Aniston is one of those celebrities who has quite the impressive workout routine, and she causes a stir every time she shares details about her fitness habits with the world. She recently gushed about her “15-15-15” workouts, but what is this routine all about?

In a recent cover story with InStyle, Aniston revealed she tries to exercise every day and enjoys adding some movement into her daily schedule even when she’s not actively working out.

“I had an injury last fall and I was only able to do Pilates, which I absolutely love. But I was missing that kind of sweat when you just go for it… I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it’s just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline,” explained Aniston.

She also shared her love for “15-15-15” workouts, that consist of 15 minutes of spin, elliptical, and running, and said she went back to this routine after recovering from injury. This fitness regimen is worth trying because it offers a lot of versatility.
