Jennifer Lopez’s 2022 Workout Routine is As Intense As It Gets

From releasing new music to starring in several high-profile movies, Jennifer Lopez will be on fire in 2022, and these projects aren’t the only thing keeping her busy. She recently shared a sneak peek at her fitness routine and it turns out her workouts are as intense as it gets.

J. Lo kicked the year off by sharing a brief video titled “On My Way to A Better Me! A Peek at My 2022 Workout Routine” on her YouTube channel. It’s choreographed to the beat of her song “On My Way (Marry Me)” and it features a montage of her workout routine that will truly make you sweat.

The brief video shows Lopez performing a series of different moves, from biceps curls and reverse crunches to chest flies and lateral raises. When it comes to equipment pieces, she uses everything from dumbbells and weighted machines to a Louis Vuitton punching bag to take her fitness routine to the next level.

Lopez didn’t share many details about her routine in this brief video, and it’s still unclear for how long and how frequently she hits the gym. Since she doesn’t share workout videos on her YouTube too often, we can’t help but wonder if she’s plotting any fitness-related collaborations in 2022 since we would welcome them with open arms.
