Judy Greer Can’t Stop Gushing About LEKfit Workouts

Judy Greer’s new movies Where’d You Go, Bernadette and Driven both hit the theaters this month, but she’s not letting that stop her from staying committed to her workouts. No matter how busy she is, the Ant-Man actress always manages to find time for her favorite fitness routine.

Greer recently talked about staying in shape with US Weekly and revealed that she can’t imagine what her workouts would look like if it wasn’t for LEKfit.

 “I am hopelessly devoted to LEKfit, that workout. I’ll stream it, and leading up to the movie – I knew after doing a costume fitting before shooting in New York City – I’ve been doing those streaming workouts when I can’t make it to class here in L.A,” said Judy Greer.

Celebrity fitness instructor Lauren Kleban brought this fitness method to the masses at her LA-based studio. Her main goal was to create playful and musically driven full-body regiment, which included intervals of low impact, high intensity, fat-burning cardio techniques.

Those unable to attend classes in person can follow this routine from home, thanks to three full-body workouts that LEKfit shares with their digital clients each week.
