Kaia Gerber’s Fitness Routine is Incredibly Intense

Kaia Gerber is one of the world’s leading models right now and staying in such a great shape is no easy feat. Judging by one of her recent workout videos, the 19-year-old model takes her fitness routine pretty seriously and her training sessions are super-intense.

Gerber’s trainer Kirk Myers recently gave us a sneak peek at her grueling workout routine from the celebrity-approved Dogpound gym. She can be seen doing a series of pretty intense exercises alongside the Bachelor contestant Kit Keenan, who proved to be the best possible workout buddy for the young model.

The duo uses resistance bands and Bosu balls to perform a wide range of intense exercises. They performed several variations of lunges, planks, and squats throughout the workout, putting a twist on each of these common moves.

Gerber discussed her fitness routine on several occasions in the past but always insisted that she’s trying to stay in shape without depriving herself. Back in 2019, she told Byrdie that it’s important for her to stay active, but that’s not stopping her from enjoying some ice cream and pizza every once in a while.
