The Big Bang Theory actress is really into health and fitness and it turns out that there’s one fitness tool that she can’t live without during quarantine—do you have any guesses as to what it may be? It turns out that Cuoco’s obsession is a foam roller.

In a recent episode of her “Cup of Cuoco” IGTV series, the actress shared things that “have really gotten [her] through quarantine” and in addition to her HydroMate water bottle, Cuoco swears by her Rollga High-Density Foam Roller.

The foam roller was recommended to her by her trainer Ryan Sorensen and it allows you to stretch out your connective tissue when it becomes tight. Foam rolling can increase flexibility, improve your range of motion, boost blood flow and circulation, and relieve pain and soreness.

Cuoco’s foam roller, the Rollga High-Density Foam Roller, features three small grooves that prominent bones drop into while you roll, which targets areas that are tougher to hit with standard foam rollers.

Foam rollers are usually used on the quads or calves, but Cuoco uses it on her stomach, a recommendation she received from her sister. “At first I was like, ‘That sounds horrible,’” Cuoco said in the video. “And it actually works, because I used to get such bad—just from working my abs—soreness. This is the key.”

What do you think of foam rollers? Do you find them as essential as Cuoco?
