Kate Bosworth played several physically demanding roles throughout her career, and always stayed extremely dedicated to her fitness routine. That hasn’t changed in quarantine, and she’s been working out more than ever in the last few months.
Bosworth recently shared her workout tricks and tips with Women’s Health, and she revealed that she sees fitness as an extension of her mental and emotional well-being.
“What I love most about where I’m at today in terms of my fitness is that I not only feel the healthiest I’ve been in my body, but I also feel the healthiest I’ve been in my mind and my heart. The truth is, it really does all connect,” explains the actress.
Bosworth’s wellness routine includes low-impact workouts, meditation, and a lot of walking. She has Zoom sessions with her trainer, Stephanie Watson, three times a week, and they usually do glute-lifting and body sculpting-focused exercises. She also swears by P.volve exercise tools, a low-impact fitness method that focuses on functional movements.
