Khloé Kardashian Explains Her Approach to Mommy Daughter Workouts

Earlier this year, Khloé Kardashian went viral after sharing a video that shows her running with a wagon tied to her waist, while her daughter True was sitting inside. This wasn’t the only time she included her baby girl in her fitness routine and there’s a reason why she enjoys having her by her side.

Kardashian recently discussed her approach to mommy-daughter workouts with People and said she wants to set a good example for True by having her tag along during her training sessions.

“I want to show my daughter, by example, that there are healthy ways to be active every day. You don’t have to be so rigid in the gym… By her seeing me like this, I hope she’s active and takes care of herself,” explained the reality star.

Kardashian also added she enjoys working out early because it allows her to set the tone for the rest of her day. Her regular workout schedule helped her stay sane “during these crazy times” and hitting the gym first thing in the morning motivated her to eat better and stay active and healthy.
