Khloé Kardashian Shared Her Full Epic Routine on Instagram

It’s not uncommon for celebrities to share snippets of their workout routine with their Instagram followers, but Khloé Kardashian took things to a whole new level in one of her latest workout videos. She shared her glute routine in its entirety, making it possible for everyone to copy the same moves at home.

Kardashian’s workout video itself is pretty brief, but its description is a gold mine. The reality star walked us through her routine step by step, counting all the exercises included in three sets of circuits she did during this workout, repeating each four times.

The video opens with Kardashian doing her warm-up on the StairMaster, adding a series of backward kicks to make things even more intense, but this move is not a must. She recommends doing a warm-up of your choice but reminds everyone who’s considering of copying her routine to stretch before and after the workout.

In addition to StairMaster, Kardashian also used jump rope, 20 and 25-pound weights, and sand ball during her workout. Her first circuit targets the glutes and the abs, the seconds one is all about the arms, while the third includes weighted burpees and mountain climbers.
