Khloe Kardashian Shares Her Post-Baby Workout Routine

Many new moms struggle with getting back in shape after giving birth, and rich and famous are no different. Khloe Kardashian did the same after welcoming her baby girl True, and she recently revealed what it took to go back to her regular weight.

The reality star was surprised after realizing she lost 18 kilograms over a 12-month period since she was never aiming for this number. Kardashian simply wanted to go back to her regular healthy routine after giving birth.

“After I had True, I didn’t put any pressure on myself to lose the baby weight. I just wanted to get back to my regular routine from before I got pregnant, which was working out five to six times a week,” reveled Khloe Kardashian on her blog.

Reality star isn’t only working out because she wants to stay in a good shape – she uses her training to maintain her sanity and relieve stress and describes her home gym as her “place of refuge”.

Kardashian isn’t doing it all on her own – her personal trainer Joel Bouraïma is there to help her out every step of the way. Khloe enjoys circuit-style training with a mix of cardio and weight sessions, and avoids dangerous diets because she believes they don’t lead to long-term results.
