All eyes were on Kim Kardashian at the 2022 Met Gala. The socialite wore the iconic dress in which Marilyn Monroe sang “Happy Birthday, Mr. President” to John F. Kennedy in 1962 and lost a significant amount of weight in order to fit into the sparkly garment. 

When she isn’t embodying the late movie star, Kardashian works out under the guidance of celebrity trainer, Senada Greca. The pair has been training together for the last three months and focusing on gaining muscle.

In one of her latest videos on Instagram, the Skims founder is seen going all out in the gym. “We lift weights for two hours daily and do 5 or 6 days a week,” she said.

Split-Stance Good Morning

Whether you do this exercise with a barbell or just your body weight, you’ll still be strengthening your hamstrings and glutes. Kardashian added a 40-pound barbell across the back of her shoulders and added a resistance band around one leg at a time to perform banded-thigh lateral squats. Do 4 sets of 12 reps on each side.

Bent Kneeling Good Morning Thrusts

Still balancing the 40-pound barbell across her shoulders, Kardashian moved to heels-elevated banded goblet squats with a 20-pound weight. It may not be the most pleasant, but the mom-of-four believes in pushing through.
