Lana Condor’s Workout Routine is All About Self-Care and Joy

Lana Condor will soon enter our orbit again, with the third To All the Boys movie coming out soon. Most of the questions she gets these days are connected to her role in this popular teen franchise, but have you ever wondered what her workout routine looks like?

Condor recently discussed her approach to fitness and wellness with Self Magazine and detailed her struggle with body dysmorphia. Finding the perfect balance between physical and mental well-being is her main priority, and she does it by focusing on routines that she enjoys.

“I think it’s just about joy. It’s showing up and consistency and doing things that bring you joy… Just to get your body moving—to be happy—is what I really want to focus on,” explains the 23-year-old actress.

Condor works out closely with personal trainer Paolo Mascitti, and she usually tunes in for their virtual sessions from her home gym five times a week. They mostly focus on cardio and high-intensity interval training, but she’s looking forward to going back to the class-setting and doing boxing, yoga, and Pilates and returning to one of her favorite outdoor activities—horseback riding.
