Lizzo Shares Her New Vegan Diet with the World

Shortly after sharing her workout routine with the world, Lizzo decided to give us a deeper look into her healthy diet. The Grammy-winning singer recently decided to go vegan, and she’s feeling “good as hell”!

Lizzo shared her vegan journey in a series of TikTok videos. She explained her decision to go vegan by saying, “As a new vegan, I’m enjoying exploring flavors from plants & plant-based proteins! Every journey is personal & deserves to be celebrated.”

She usually starts off her day with a green smoothie, made with coconut water, some frozen fruit, and kale or spinach. Her lunch and dinner differ from day to day, but she prepared colorful salad and truffle-chickpea-mushroom balls in the clips she recently shared. She also switched to vegan bacon and plant-based scrambled eggs.

Lizzo admitted that she struggled giving up Cheetos, but found an amazing plant-based alternative in Lesser Evil Paleo Puffs. When it comes to dessert, she enjoys peanut butter jelly smoothies, made with peanut butter, oat milk, vanilla protein powder, and frozen strawberries.
